You will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number from Newport International once your order has been shipped.

Please visit Fedex.com and enter your FedEx tracking number.
Change, Modify, Or Cancel
Can I cancel or modify my order once it has been placed?
Orders can be changed or modified if it has not been processed for shipment. Please immediately contact Newport International immediately at store@newportintl.com to verify the status of your order.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged the total amount of the order once the order is placed in our system.
Returns And Refunds
Can I return an item once it has delivered?
Due to exceptional circumstances as a result of the Covid-19 Epidemic, we are unable to accept returns once your order is shipped.
What if my package delivers damaged or other issue?
Newport strives to ship you the freshest seafood available anywhere. When your order leaves our facility, it is packed with more than enough refrigerant to prevent spoilage.However, if you receive your order and it is damaged or spoiled due to negligence by Newport International, we will replace the item or issue a store credit directly to your account, which can be redeemed at any time. Please do not discard any suspected spoilage until a representative from Newport International is contacted.
